Brilliant gummies.
They do exactly the right thing. I used then for a week prior and a week after donating blood and it worked a treat. My body was perfect for the donation. I will always use these gummies prior and after donating blood.

Taste ok Easy to eat although they do get stuck in your teeth My iron has gone back up after a month of taking them and I am not constipated

Provide a boost to iron level without irritating stomach (personal reaction - you may be different, but these are worth a try). B12 is useful addition.
