Works great and easy to remove pet urine from carpet, furniture or floors. Great value. Easy to bottle with a sprayer. Very easy to spray on surfaces. It’s very durable. Useful with pets. It’s not hard to use. Just follow directions to dilute into a spray bottle. It’s soft on material.

The perfect product for home mold removal. No odor, easy clean up. Product comes ready to use. Just order a pump sprayer on in my case an electrical spray and get to work. You'll watch the mold melt away as you spray the product on the wall. Mop up the excess and sit a fan on the wall to dry it out before repainting or installing new dry wall. And your good as new. It's been more than 90 days and no reoccurance has occured.

Used this to clean my window AC units. Cleaning them was still a pain, its not like this made the black mold stuff just disappear on its own, but knowing everything was disinfected, especially what I couldnt clean or reach, is a big reassurance.

not the best smelling smalls like a hospital kinda , its cleaning power seems ok not the bestest but glad its chemical free and feel safe to use it anywhere in the home

I purchased the Benefect Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant 1 month ago for our portable air conditioner to mitigate traces of mold on the interior propellers and air intake to support my monthly maintenance. I found through research that this disinfectant is safe to use- no synthetic chemicals or harsh smells. I sprayed the inside of the unit through the vents slowly rotating the propellers to ensure complete coverage. I also sprayed the inside casement being careful not to spray wires or connections. I let it sit to dry for several hours then inspect the inside with my led flashlight to ensure all mold was remediated. I was impressed- all the black mold was gone leaving the unit with a clean lemony smell. The lemon smell dissipates after 1 hour of use. I have since added this product to my monthly maintenance regimen. Note: Please read instructions and warnings before handling. I purchased a not too old ( 2018) leather sofa and chair that for some reason I had a weird allergy like reaction to once getting it home. It also had a strange smell no one in my family could smell, only me. Like an acrid scent that irritated my lungs. I purchased Decon30 and used a garden mister that you use for spraying yards for mosquitos, and moved the furniture outside into the desert sun and sprayed Decon30 all over and under. Waited 60 mins and then brought back into the house and the smell seems to be gone. I don’t know if it was bacterial or fungal smell but it’s gone. The person who owned the furniture brought it from Hawaii on a container so you never know. I do not react to the sofa anymore and the scent of this product DOES NOT bother my sensitive lungs and it’s a light thyme & lemon scent like it’s clean. Not masking.

Was researching cleaning air conditioners of possible mold growth and this product name came up. I sprayed it on the fan, on the bottom pan and condenser. The ozone-like smell I was getting from the unit went away. A gallon of this is enough to do all sorts of other cleaning and sanitizing as well. I also used this and ran my front load washer on a cycle to clean the tub and it smells much fresher.

Expensive for us in the UK as it's imported but it's worth it. Especially good on mould on porous items you wouldn't want to use harsh chemicals on such as gym equipment, shoes etc. the mould just shrivels up and dies. It does have a strong smell of thyme but I don't mind it and it fades after a while. Lots of uses - very versatile.
