I went to a home improvement store and saw some Brillo Parson's lemon-scented ammonia for $2.98. That's quite a difference. Now, this Austin's still smells stronger and may be more potent, but on a budget, I will have a hard time not going back for the $2.98 ammonia instead of the $9.99 ammonia, even if the Austin's is a big bigger, even if it's nearly twice as much. Still. I'll leave my review as it is as I still like this Austin's a lot. I think it is the better quality. Just expensive. ---- This ammonia is STRONG! I had been using a bargain brand for the occasional use in my laundry and various other jobs where I don’t want to use bleach, and I only thought that bargain brand was the real deal. This Austin’s is definitely powerful! I don’t know so much about the lemon-scent. All I can smell is ammonia, but the lemon isn’t important to me for what I need this for. A little goes a very long way so the almost $10 for this jug isn’t so off-putting. It may be slightly over priced. However, it’s also made in the US so that’s a big plus for me, and I’ll often pay more for made in the US! Once this jug is empty, I would order more of it. It is definitely not watered down ammonia!

Great for old Corvettes
I have an old 2003 Corvette. And after many years, the airbag cover became this gooey, sticky mess that was horrible to look at. It was oozing this old silicone based protectant that had been used for years to shine it up. This stuff absolutely removed every bit of this 20 year old goo. It literally stood no chance. As soon as this stuff touched the cover, it was broken down and able to just be wiped off. This was exactly what I needed! Great product!

Good stuff
The ammonia is great, nothing leaked, and packer had put much tape around the lid. Along with the box came a large plastic bag with a shipping label and totally different return address from the one on the box, with a QR code that was unreadable - very confusing.
