Fantastic B12 product. I'm a 75 yo male and I feel 10 years younger now. I suggest everyone over 60 should try B12. The benefits of this inexpensive 5 cent vitamin is almost too numerous to list. 1- My restless leg syndrome while sleeping was gone in 24 hours. 2- The burning sensation in my toes and feet were gone in 3 days. I still have a slight tingle. 3- Muscle cramps in my calfs and legs disappeared in 2 days. My balance around the house and walking is much better. 4- My deep breathing and lung capacity has improved greatly. I can lift 20- 30% more weights at the gym. I can drive a golf ball 10-20% farther. Even my putting is way more accurate. My eye - hand coordination has improved in everything I do. 5- My nighttime bathroom visits have been reduced to 1 or 2 vs 3 to 4. I experience much better deeper sleep now. 6- My acid reflux problem, which I've had for 15 years, is now 90% gone after 3 months on B12. So, I no longer need to take Rx acid reducers or even Tums. 7- My blood pressure and heart rate are lower and at great levels from 20 years ago. Nerves are not just in muscles but everywhere in the body. In the brain, heart, lungs, digestive organs, muscles, joints, skin ... EVERYWHERE.
