Skyflame Universal Stainless Steel Griddle Flat Top Plate with Even Heating Bracing for BBQ Charcoal/Gas Grills, Camping, Tailgating, and Parties 17" x 13"

I live on the coast and getting any sort of cast iron griddle is out of the question because of rust; so I wanted to find a small stainless griddle that would last in our harsh environment. This little guy is amazing. I have a very small three burner grill (the $99 el-cheapo) and this griddle fit perfectly on it. I was skeptical but this little thing works great, the heat is super even across the surface and I ordered some Hibachi tools and totally enjoy cooking on it. After it cools it is small enough to pop into my dishwasher so cleaning is not an issue. Would highly recommend.

Perfect except missing one screw.

I love this thing! I initially thought it was would have issues with food sticking to it but nope! its very easy to clean and reaches desired temps fast. however tis is a blessing and a curse because if you aren't paying attention you will burn you food. its very solid and has a little weight to it. When i'm not using it I just store it in my oven. it's the perfect addition to my kitchen. great bank for your buck. I will be purchasing a larger one

I have tried to use this grill top WTF no success. It smokes. I tried to season it with no success. Is turned black and doesn't heat evenly. If I use any kind of oil or lard it smokes out the whole house. I will be returning it soon.

I needed a griddle that would fit on my stove top to use for pancakes. This fits well. The pancakes stuck on the stainless steel and the griddle did not clean easy or well.
