I got this product in the mail quickly. It was packaged well. Just keep in mind that there is no outlet, but that was already described in the product description. Overall, the wireless charger is compact and lightweight so it is great for traveling and charging. It works on my iPhone XS Max (through the case) as well as for my wireless AirPods! Definitely a great product!

Initially worked as advertised, I like the color, never removed or dropped. Just stopped charging after not quite 3 weeks.

The case buttons for volume and on/off are more clumsy than other battery cases I have used in the past, takes some trial and error. Since I often carry the phone in my pocket, there have many time when the shut down screen has been activated. I was beginning to think the button covers should be cut out like the silence button is. Something I'll definitely look for in the purchase of future battery cases. It charges up fine and boots the charge to the phone when needed. It is definitely a tight fit to put on the case. Not something one would remove often. The case is not slippery so does not slide around as the phone without a case seems to have a mind of it own. lol

This cover/battery is awesome! Just plug in for a normal phone charge and you get 2 charges: one on your phone and one for a whole additional battery charge on your phone. Super great for older phones because of upgrades they otherwise loose charge too fast during the day. It does make your phone a little bit heavier, though. Totally recommend it! Cheaper and more dependable than buying a new battery which never seems to extend the day's charge anyway.

It doesn’t grip the charge cord well. It slips out too easily and my wife’s phone doesn’t get charged properly

This product was short lived in life span. I requested for a replacement bc it stopped charging my phone and the item was sent to the wrong address, which was on Amazon and not the vendor. The case itself is easy to take on and off, just don’t have long acrylic nails if you’re trying to take it on and off. I won’t be buying another case from this company because the cases simply don’t last and this isn’t the first one I’ve bought from them

My wife was always hunting for a place to plug in her phone, and it spent into the cigarette lighter of the car while we went anywhere. And forgotten in the car and I was always having to go out and get it, sometimes up and down a couple of stairways. Now she can keep her phone in her purse, and it will still have 50 to 75% charge left at the end of the day. Great purchase. UPDATE: Well I thought I had made a good purchase, but it seems to have a short lifespan. It lasted just a couple of weeks longer than thirty days. Now it will not even take a charge, much less operate the wife’s I-phone. NOT WORTH ORDERING!.

This product is compact and lightweight so it is great for traveling and charging. It’s a fast charge also. Makes it easy to not forget to unplug your phone when it is charging. Great product!
