These flash anti twist plates mount between the flash and bracket to prevent the flash from twisting. This plate is designed for the Nikon SC-29 off camera cable. Most Important!
I use this with my SB-600 on the Stroboframe Quick 350 with the Nikon Sc-29 cord. In order to do this you must take a screw driver and remove the top attachment, at that point attach the twist plate in its place, then you will be able to attach the cord and flash to the frame. This holds the flash in place so tight I bet if it accidentally slip off your shoulder it would not come off.
