We got this mic after reading the 5-star reviews plus the "Amazon's Choice" label. Unfortunately, after only 3 uses, we were unable to recharge the mic. It was DEAD and could not even be turned on-- even after we charged it for 12 hours, 24 hours, then 2 days!!! DEAD!!! We were not able to return or exchange it either due to the 30-day return policy! Basically, we just spent $30 for the case and a fake mic that we now use as a prop/toy for my 5-year-old. **Updates: After I reached out to Bonaok's customer service department, I got an email the same day with instructions on possible ways to recharge the piece (i.e. remove the battery then put it back on, using a different set of cables, etc). The piece is still not charging nor lit up after multiple attempts. So they asked me to send them videos showing them my efforts. Finally, they email me back and tell me they would send me a new microphone. The replacement mic arrived in less than 5 days, and YES, it works fine. No problem at all.
