Pocket Medicine: The Massachusetts General Hospital Handbook of Internal Medicine

First off, there is a printed advisory on the header border of the cover, indicating that this “international” version should NOT be sold in the United State, and yet it is, so be careful conversions, etc. (wouldn’t recommended purchasing this edition for US medicine); and the font size is soooo small that you need impeccable visual acuity to actually read and make sense of what is typed on the page. Not a smarty sell. Not a smart purchase for US medicine.
