Perfect non battery water fountain!
I specifically got this because you don’t have to plug it in, and it has been great! Assembly was simple, refilling and cleaning is simple. Lasts about 24-48 hours, I can fill it up in the mornings and not worry the rest of the day. I do wish the bottom was weighted a bit, the kittens did knock it over one day, but otherwise has been just what I wanted.

My cat likes it, never needs filters
A streamlined design, forever silver filter, easy to assemble and clean. And my cat likes it better than the old, electrically pumped device I had.

Makes no sense - doesn’t work
The only nice thing about this water dispenser is the way over the top packaging – you feel like you’re getting a high-end Apple iPad as you unpack box after box, and tiny plastic wrapping‘s to reveal each individual part. But, the reality is that it’s ridiculous that it’s packaged this way, completely unnecessary, and clearly all the money of what you’re paying for this is going into the packaging. But what about practicality? Well, this thing literally just doesn’t work. Water doesn’t dispense, the water tank on this is unnecessarily tiny, and my cat and I looked at each other with bewildered amusement at how silly and stupid this thing was compared to automatic fountains that are half the price, and double the fun.We promptly returned ours and got my kitty something much more practical! Don’t even bother wasting the time or money.

Mixed feelings, but mostly disappointed it's not glass
Full disclosure, I returned this without actually using it, because I was disappointed to discover that the bowl that the cat would drink out of is not made from glass. I guess that's at least partially on me - the description doesn't claim that it is glass, it just vaguely says "the fountain is RoHS certified materials" - but in the photos, it really looked like glass to me. My cat, like many, gets feline acne on her chin from plastic dishes, so it was a no-go as soon as I saw that the bowl was plastic. As others have said, it's truly not a fountain, it's a dispenser, and a pretty small one at that - but I did understand that when I ordered and that was a plus for me. I'm trying to get my cat to drink more water, but she didn't take to the actual fountain I bought, plus they're a pain to keep clean, so I thought maybe this would interest her a bit more than a regular bowl, at least. It's better looking and more compact (a plus in my small apartment) than most water dispensers. Unfortunately that darn plastic bowl was a non-starter.The other thing I'll note is that it seemed to me that the area where the water flows in from the dispenser into the base would be nearly impossibly to get really clean. I had visions of it getting all mildewy under there. But, maybe it's fine! I guess you can at least run hot water through it, you just can't really scrub it.Overall, I still think it's an interesting design, and I would have been glad to try it out if the bowl had been made of glass. Given the price just for plastic, I'm sure a glass version would cost more than I'd be comfortable spending.

Very Simple and Easy to Clean....
Feels very light and not too solid but its easy to clean and non-complicated (meaning no electrical components). I bought the glass dish and so far so good. I feel like my cats are more interested in drinking their water so they're whiskers aren't touching the walls of a dish.I just really wish the water reservoir was glass. If the company was to ever make the water bottle out of glass I would buy again for that part alone.

Easy to refill
The water tower with pressure valve makes refills a breeze with no water spillage when inverted. Cats enjoy the shallow dish tooUpdate - like the first one so ordered a 2nd. This time it has difficulty in keeping the dish filled- seems a vacuum forms in reservoir - frustrating

Water spills onto floor
I like that it does not require electricity nor filters. It is easy to assemble, but the water spills onto the floor from the bowl

Great product
Neatly packaged, good instructions, great aesthetic. My only wish would be for a larger one as I have 3 cats. But they love it. Paws were in the water immediately and they all drank out of it. They agree on nothing so really a good product
