Very lightweight and easy to use. The 9 mm blade is sharp enough for everyday tasks like opening boxes, cutting paper, and light craft work. Don’t expect it to survive a lifelong battle with heavy-duty cardboard, but for the price, it does the job. Retractable blade adds safety, and the different colors are surprisingly useful in an office. Cheap, practical, and honest about what it is — just don’t ask it to be a superhero.

I have used many brands of these mini snap blade utility knives, including sets from dollar tree, till they quit carrying them. Recently, an expensive regular size utility knife i had, quit retracting, and became unusable, so had to throw that out. Decided to try these mini knives; so glad I did! Can't beat the price for a set of $5.99 for an 8 pack. Love the bright colors too. These are super sharp, strong, durable, the blade retracts smoothly and easily. I have used these for opening packages (cardboard boxes,) and they cut right through the tape holding the box together, (easy to fold the cardboard for recycling the box.) Wonderful product, probably won't need to order more for awhile; still on one knife from the set I ordered,. Love the snap blades; saves money and time having to buy blades separately and put into knife. I use a pair of snip nose pliers to snap the perforated blade off when it becomes dull, and continue to use knife with new blade. What a handy little tool! I prefer these mini utility knifes to the regular/larger sized knives. Bravo DIYSELF!

These are convenient to leave around the house so you don’t have to go searching for a box cutter. Having eight in one box was overwhelming at first but then I thought about putting them in various rooms and I was glad to have so many. They are very practical and easy to use.

Good price, not super strong but it does what we need it to do

perform as expected. Not the most rigid blade holder but for opening cardoard, I can let one anywhere I need and still have some spare.
