Really sharp!
With a little bit of care, these knives are phenomenal! They stay sharp much longer than my metal knives. Can cut vegetables like a tomato, without any effort. Great product.

Knife chipped after 1 month
Knife was super sharp for a month until it chipped pretty bad. Very disappointing:(. We use a wooden cutting board and never put it in the dishwasher.
