Decided to give it a chance despite other poor reviews about cracking a splitting. Followed care instructions to a T and still had issues. Beautiful wood, just not functionally ideal.UPDATE: months beyond ideal warranty the customer service was incredible and fast and accommodating. They stood up for their product and backed their brand by sending out a replacement tray. I am beyond happy with my purchase and have updated my stars from 3 to 5. If you have reservations, understand they will do a good job and work with you. I added a photo of the replacement since previous I had the round and they sent out (per my preference) a octagonal and I am beyond happy

I'm reviewing the 26" and the 30" round sizes. I was looking to get a new charcuterie board that would WOW my guests. A statement piece needs a statement-size house if it using as a charcuterie board. My house has a large entertaining counter but the 30" was just way too big, but it would be fine as an ottoman tray. As a charcuterie board in a modest-sized home, the 26" did better. I sent the 30" back and replaced it with the 26" round. As a reminder, this does work as a charcuterie board because it has a food-grade / food-safe finish. Its good idea to invest in a good quality food-grade / food-safe cleaner & wax for sealing, and preventing the wood from further drying out, which helps prevent further wood warp. I trust Clarks brand (sold on Amazon). Its spendy but worth it. If you've already bought this board, then spend the extra on Clarks to protect your investment.

It did look perfect when it arrived - perfect size and color as described. I do use as a decorative piece on my ottoman, not moving it or touching it, so not sure when exactly it happen but is broken in the middle, no way to repair it and I cannot return it since it is more than 30 days. For the money it cost I was really hoping it will last longer than 4 months...Update:Customer service contacted me and they are replacing the tray. They explained why it could happen and recommended waxing it once a month to prevent future damage.They were very helpful.

This is a reasonably priced walnut tray! Large, well made! Many uses. Love it!

We were surprised at the beauty of this tray. It’s well constructed and worth the money paid. We use it on our porch.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the third serving tray we have ordered from the seller. The other two are rectangular and have held up well and were sturdy and well-made and attractive. Unfortunately, the quality control appears to be not nearly as good for the round trays, which I assume are significantly harder to make. It has not held its shape, bowing in the middle as you can see in the pictures and video. This makes it completely unusable, obviously. Unfortunately, this seemed to happen right outside of the return window, so Amazon‘s automated chat assistant was useless, and there is no way to contact the company in China.

I'm trying to think of someone else I can buy this for. It's really nicely made. I highly recommend it.
