This helped my husband and I clear our lungs when we stopped smoking. Every time I’m having trouble breathing when I feel my chest tight and not able to take deep breaths this has helped me ALOT!

Not sure if I would call it a value for the money as it does cost $1 a day, that being said I will say this stuff does work and definitely a quality product. I can see the difference in my breathing and seems to help increase my energy level. I would recommend it above the products costing half this price.

This is one of those rare supplements that really helped with my lungs, and whenever I have a problem, I resume taking it. I wish it was cheaper.

I wasn't sure what to expect. When I purchased this product Covid was out there and starting to wind down a bit. I suffer with horrible allergies that include coughing and coughing up stuff (sorry). I didn't want to take any chances with the allergies turning into something more serious, so I bought this as a precautionary. When I started to take it, I did notice that after a couple of days my coughing began to lessen and I could take deep breathes without coughing like before. I think the product is good and works at building up your lungs. I will continue to take it, it can't hurt to stay healthy any way you can.

Update: 2.5 months later and I still have my cough. This definitely helped subdue it in the beginning harsh stages but it wasn’t a miracle pill that completely took it away. I just wanted to be realistic with you all. It did help subdue it so much though. First post: I’ve never bought anything that works wonders (and I buy a lot of crap)! This is amazing. I had a cough for a month straight. (Always have a lasting cough. Once lasted up to six months) Doctor gave me antibiotics and that didn’t work. Every cough syrup I tried wasn’t helping any. It was an intense, painful cough. Kept me up so many nights. I took this and it didn’t stop my cough immediately but I did see a substantial difference the first night. I’m now on my third day and my cough is down to about four coughs with mucus this morning compared to the over 50 to hundred in one morning prior to that. Throat is healing. And I can feel myself breathing better than ever before lol I live in LA and I think I might stay on these even after my cough is completely gone. Still can’t believe it. Wish I had these long before I took antibiotics 😭

I bought these because of the list of ingredients looked very promising. I'm overweight and have trouble breathing because of that. And I think I have some lung damage from being around concrete dust when I worked in construction. The very first day I noticed that it was easier to take a really deep breath. As expensive as it is, I take one in the morning and I take one at night before bed and I can take that deep breath like you wouldn't believe.
