Not sharp.
Not sharp enough to cut through pasta. I have arthritis and I have to sit down to cook. If I was standing and put my weight on it, then it would work, I suppose. Quite small too. Not for me.

Great product. Easy to use. You can press air out around filling before sealing and cutting. Also love that I got 3 different sizes.

This was bought as a Christmas present. I did not use it but it was a good quality and I would buy myself this set later in the future.

I bought two sets of these. One for my husband, the other to break up and put one ravioli style in each of the (grown) kids stockings. We made our own ravioli pasta and the molds work perfectly. The ravioli was fun to make, and tasted fantastic. Made us feel a little Italian. Nice.
