Because of all the medications I take my constipation was so horrible! I was having a bowel movement like once a week and stools were hard as cement and It would take a couple hours to go. I would have to use multiple glycerin suppositories, enemas and other treatments that would eventually help me to completely empty my bowel. I thought I found the answer with 8oz prune juice a day, but after a week it really made me feel nauseated. I take the maximum dose of 8 gummies a day and now I easily go to the bathroom once a day and its effortless, less than a minute or two. My days of feeling a full colon all day, which is pure misery, are finally over!

I’m so impressed, worked like magic for my 5 year old daughter and much better than prescription meds that she is been taking since 18 month old, those usually take days, but this magic liquid works just over 12h, no pain, no straining, no crying 👌 My daughter is on autism spectrum and it’s hard for her with any type of new flavours, specially medication, but she took this one like a champ and said that it taste good 👍 Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
