What bulb do i need for replacement

I’m not real sure. But you can see it through the glass. Just take it out and take it to the auto parts store. They will give you the right build.

Will this find break in landscape light lines?

Is there possibly a reason that so many people say "I dunno"? Why do they answer? This will work to find POWER in a line. A/C or D/C, it does not matter. The voltage you can work with is determined by the bulb, so with this tester's removable/replaceable 12V bulb you can test around 6 to 24 volts or so. You can poke into an electrical wire to find voltage, but ask yourself if you want holes in buried outdoor wires. This is a quick down and dirty voltage probe. It does not replace a good meter but it gets used a lot more..
