I have been taking this supplement for a little over a week. I noticed a calming that took place within an hour after taking it before bed. I take it because I will wake up at night with cortisol spikes. After taking this for a few days I noticed that even if I was awaked at night, my heart was no longer racing and I felt calming and was more able to get back to sleep.

I take one of these when I get home from work in the evening and it really helps me keep my calm with hectic evenings with getting two kids fed and ready for bed. I appreciate the ingredients and the effectiveness.

I don't write many reviews, but this one I had to promote. I'm on my second bottle and man, does it make a difference! Single mother of three young boys, life is intense! But this stuff really takes the edge off. By the end of the first week I could feel a definite difference in how I managed my stress and my energy levels. Now I really feel it if I miss a couple days, and I think my boys do too lol. I'm astounded at the value for the money, all I can say is, THANK YOU! For creating such a wonderful product!
