NKJV, End-of-Verse Reference Bible, Compact, Leathersoft, Brown, Red Letter, Comfort Print: Holy Bible, New King James Version

Very nice and handsome little NKJV edition. Like the detailed cover and gold-gilded pages. The print is small but comfortable to read due to adequate line spacing and font. Jesus' words are in red but a comfortable darker red - not so bright and glaring like some editions. This is a nice travel size I can carry daily in my shoulder bag. This also compliments my compact KJV Bible (about the same size by Holman Bibles).

Great feel/quality of the leather. Good size, I’d say it’s ‘mid size’, perfect for home and travel reading. Print size is okay, pages feel nice. I like the two pre installed ribbon book marks. The gold edges on the paper make it look very nice when closed.

This Bible is so cute AND readable! The font is 7.5 so no magnifying glasses needed. It has 2 ribbons and even a concordance. I’m very happy with this purchase. I like to read before bed but my go to Bible was too big and floppy to be comfortable. It’s also the perfect on the go size if you want a Bible to put in your purse or bag to read when you get the chance. For size a mildliner highlighter fits perfectly just inside the inner embossed line.

I had to stop and leave a review for this perfect little Bible. It is so comfortable to hold and the text is just the right size. I put mine in a makeup bag to protect it in my purse. The way it fits in my hand, the way it falls open…it’s my least expensive but now favorite Bible. The only thing I could say is the pages stick together a bit at first, but to put the word into something so compact thin paper is to be expected (and it’s the gold gilding that sticks, I’ll take it.)

Ordered as a gift but wasn’t needed- however my son saw them in the box on the table and asked if he could keep this one, even though he has multiple bibles. He was blown away by the quality and the price I got it for. It was perfect in ever way. Size, page quality and so soft.

Just got this today. Don't know how it will hold up to long-term use, but it is the perfect size (cover is about the size of an adult male hand) and seems well-constructed. The cover itself is very nice, made of kind of a teal rubbery subtance with gold lettering and a cross imprint. The pages aren't way too thin as they are in some Bibles, minimal bleed-through. Red letters are nice and robust and easy to see (not too light/bright). Nifty little concordance in the back and some maps. I have noticed in some Bibles from Thomas Nelson and also Zondervan, with Comfort Print, from line to line the text is either expanded or compressed based on what will fit on the line, which bugs me when I'm reading, but in this Bible the text is uniform. Very readable, regular size font. Not too small. Font is very easy on the eyes. Verse-by-verse format with subject headings. End-of-verse cross references. Footnotes on translation. Appears to be completely free of defects. Very nice. Would recommend.

Wow where do I begin. Delivered 28Jan2024 so almost 2 weeks of use at time of this review. One line summary... This is definitely a Bible that makes you want to read! Nice feel and attractive design for the cover, good quality for the money satin ribbons that is colour matched teal and yellowgold to match the gilding of the pages and cover. Pages are good enough quality, not too much and acceptable bleed through (in my honest opinion) when highlighting as well as the original print. Line matched. Even has a fair amount of references end of verse. I thought it was a mistake when upon delivery I saw it was kinda small and only 7.5-point text size which I honestly either overlooked or decided to give it a shot. Thankfully it reads deceptively well no problems at all. Maybe it's partly due to the typesetting, Thomas Nelson NKJV typeface Comfort Print in conjunction with 2K/DENMARK. Oh and it's a red-letter edition... deal breaker or not just putting it out there as a reminder. I'm approaching 50 btw and it's a great read. This bible's compact, lightweight and feel makes it hard to put down. Highly recommended! P.S. The Bible is Printed in India (stated on the sleeve that the Bible comes in) and there were a handful of pages in Psalms where a few words here and there were not printed optimally like it was faded out just a little bit. But not enough to diminish the overall experience. It's good quality.

Was exactly looking for the same type.. not so small.. compact and easy to carry along with you when you go out..

The size is exact width of a Samsung Galaxy tab A9+. For those who can't figure out measurements. So I've practically made that part easy I hope it helps. It's light weight too and easy to open hold and read. Plus it arrived a day earlier than expected so I was happy when the received the bible. I like the cross reference of scriptures without any other third party. I prefer reading the bible without any other party. Quiet time definitely helps me understand. It's so much easier to intermarry the scriptures. This comes in handy when reading and the holy spirit is opening His word more. So I'm very much happy.😊 I was so happy I immediately ordered another one within one hour of receiving this one. I'll come back in a few months to edit how it lasts the test of time and constant use. Got as a second bible for the black one I'm reading. Exactly the same quality and as easy to read as the other two (I have the Teal one too). Looking forward to reading it when my black one wears out.

Je suis allée en retraite. Très clair et net à lire, rien à dire. Petit et pas encombrant. Beaucoup de références croisees à étudier aussi. Bon achat et petit prix.
