Our (then) eight year old son got the first game for Christmas. His birthday was in April, and as he loved the first game so much, we thought we'd get him the second, despite a few mixed reviews on here. Summary: we're incredibly glad that we did. He was delighted when he saw what it was (he didn't know that there was a second game, always a bonus!), and now that he is several hours into the game the reality has entirely matched with his expectation. He loves the gameplay, loves the range of levels, and particularly loves the incredible range of new characters he can play as. I think that Rocket Raccoon is the current favourite, but there are many great additions. I have asked him and he loves it every bit as much as the first one. I have played both with him and I'd say that the gameplay is equally good across the two, and the second game still throws in plenty of humour to make me chuckle while I'm button bashing. We own a few Lego games (we have four kids) and this one sits very happily among them. The kids switch between Star Wars, Harry Potter and this with equal enthusiasm. Highly recommended for any fan of the Lego games.

What can I say its lego and the game is hours and hours of fun for the children and there's plenty to achieve in the game and it's 2 player. Worth the money for the content of play.

Top quality action packed video game for one of my grandson. Marvel Lego videos never fail to amaze me with unbelievable graphics.
