The first bag I bought of this was a disaster. Seems I was not good at trying to figure out the g and ml measurements, and that and I'd had the mix for awhile before I ever opened it. After one batch turned out awful, threw the rest of the bag away and ordered a new bag. So glad I did!I'd advise you not try to figure out the directions on the bag. This time, I used one cup mix and one cup water, added some chopped up Kimchee and a green onion, also cut into small pieces. Put plenty of oil in the pan, and you will need to add more as you go along. I used a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the batter and add to pan. Fry for appx. 3 minutes each side - just check to see that the bottom side has gotten golden, then use a spatula to flip over. This measurement made six pancakes, if you'd like more, just double. Think I'll try adding additional things next time I make them, maybe shrimp.I absolutely recommend this mix and now that I've seen how good the pancakes can be, when mixed correctly, will definitely be buying more!

I was looking for something that I could add various things like scallions. Green onions, carrots and so on to make ahead and freeze for quick snacks and meals. I Found the best! Super easy to prepare. The batter turned out thicker than I expected, which is the perfect volume for holding together the goodies added to it. The directions were also very easy to follow. I used half of the package according to the directions and made several pancakes. The crunchiness depends how many times you turn it and fry it. I found it also didn’t soak up a lot of the oil like other batters do. My mind is swimming with ideas for the next batch, like adding shrimp, scallops or rotisserie chicken along with other veggies! This is the perfect batter and great value for the money!

Tastes great and after a few sessions it’s easy to eyeball the amount of water to be added to get the consistency you want. Very easy to use and you get a good amount of servings this package. I’ve made some with shrimp, pollock, and seafood mix. All came out delicious.

This was the first time making Korean pancakes and it went great. Took a few tries to get a good recipe going, but enjoyed every minute of the process ;)

Es una harina sazonada ligeramente y sin sal, es un buen producto, harina muy suavey ligera, fácil de usar sin que tenga harina por todas partes, se puede utilizar muy poca grasa y freír o en una sartén o plancha con spray de aceite a fuego medio vuelta y vuelta hasta que se doren. Puede usar vegetales, atún, pollo. Le doy 4 estrellas porque es bastante caro y es simplemente harina. Lo recomiendo al menos una vez para degustar, si no le importa el precio, pues se puede usar más seguido sin duda. Fecha de vencimiento de 1 año.
