The pillow comes with a cover so I just wash and dry the cover

The bad chemical smell don’t go away... any solutions? i let it breathe for 5 days ( recommendation was 72h).....

Hello! Thanks a lot for the question! The pillows are made in Europe, then sent to the US in a closed bag. We believe that it may need more than 72 hours to “off gaze” the polyurethane smell because the time of transport was longer than for our EU customers. Rest assured, the smell will go away and your cervicales will thank you. Have you washed the cover yet? Are you using a pillow case on top of the bamboo cover?
