Idiotic design -- it opens from the front!
Look very carefully at the top photo -- the zipper tabs are on the bottom left. This means that when you zip open the case, the front flap -- the one with the logo on it -- opens toward you. If you load it from the top and pick it up by the straps, the bag AND ITS CONTENTS shift ninety degrees. Stupid, stupid, stupid design. When you load a gear bag, you put the heavy stuff on the bottom and the light stuff on top. It's impossible to do this with this bag -- the contents will always shift when you pick it up by the strap handles, because it turns. And not that it matters much, but there's no exterior mesh pocket or shoulder straps, as described. This is an inexcusably stupid design. I'm keeping it because it's the right size for my gear, and it's cheap. But I hate it, and it's going to tick me off every time I use it.UPDATE: I changed it from one star to three, because the seller was very attentive and responsive -- they refunded me the purchase price. Thank you, Fovitec, but please describe your product accurately, to avoid problems like this.

Can fit a lot!
To start, I give stars based on my opinion of value..features + quality / price compared to other similar items. (Yea I'm a dork lol). I'll also mention I just received this today and it will be a month before I take it on the road so idk how it will hold up over time but it feels solid enough to last a while. I'm writing the review now because I think most people, like me, are shopping these items based on 'what photo stuff can fit inside?', and I'm very pleased with it in that regard. I chose this bag hoping the dimensions were correct to hold 2 x umbrella lights (tripods, switches, bulbs in their boxes) + 2 x LED lights (including small retractable tripods, accessories). Happy to report it fit those with more room to spare! So I added 2 x bendable gooseneck tablet clamps roughly 2.5 - 3 feet long. And there is still some room for a handful of smaller accessories to toss in if I wanted too. All that with the zippers closing without any resistance.2 features I also like are that the bag does indeed have some inner padding to it + the handles velcro together for a quick grab.I see where some have mentioned the oddity of having the opening on the side, but I really don't see how that's an issue for most people as far as filling the bag upright, and once it's zipped up it doesn't seem to matter. So, in closing, the only reason this is not a 5 star purchase to me has more to do with how these duffel bags are priced so closely, not that $20 is a lot, but I purchased another for $22 that is nearly twice the size, has excellent reviews but is simply not categorized under 'photo equipment'..but could serve the same function. So I would have liked for this bag to have a few more features like maybe a shoulder strap or some pockets for small items.Regardless, I'm happy with the purchase.

A Good Value and Useful
I needed a bag for a couple of microphone stars and this is perfect. I put two folding-base stands in it, with booms, and easily have room for another. There is no internal divider, but that’s not really a problem. If one needs the extra protection you can easily use an old towel or some such item to prevent rubbing. The big plus for me is that I can store and transport multiple stands easily.I can only guess as to the durability of the zipper, but looks a little light to me. While I expect it will hold up if not abused, it doesn’t strike me as likely to survive a heavy hand. Not a concern for me though, I think the bag is a good value for the price and I’ll just avoid forcing the zipper. It should be pointed out that one needs to measure the items they intend to store in this bag and ensure they will fit. My microphone stands collapse to less than 30 inches, but some stands are over 40 inches long when collapsed and so are too long for this bag.
