Tengo unos meses haciendo pan de masa madre, los cuales suelen tener costra gruesa. Mi cuchillo de cocina no lo cortaba salvo usando la punta para marcar y luego cortar. Este cuchillo lo corta con total facilidad y quedan los cortes perfectos. Tengo casi 2 meses con el y sigue todo perfecto. He seguido las indicaciones al pie de la letra de lavar y secar inmediatamente. No dejarlo mojado nunca.

This is a very nice knife. A beautiful sturdy bread knife with sharp blade. Feels really good; cuts really well. And I love the plastic sleeve that protects the blade. Amazing bread knife at a great price. Will probably buy again for gifts if any of my homemade bread-making friends need an upgrade.
