Easy to use and works great. Holds a charge for a very long time and seems durable. I like the remote size, it's very easy to bring around with me and the lanyard makes it easy to carry as well.

I’ve had this since December 2022 and intentionally didn’t rush into using it. I knew going in that if used wrong, you could easily set your training back—so I took the time to properly condition my dog to it first. ✔️ Would I buy again? Yes ❌ Beginner-friendly out of the box? Not really Real use: Using this with a ~60lb dog (high energy, trained, not food motivated). This wasn’t a quick fix tool—it became part of an already structured training approach. Pros: • very consistent and reliable overall • multiple levels allow for really fine tuning • great range for off-leash work • build quality is solid and holds up over time • once properly conditioned, my dog responds quickly and confidently • works well once properly fitted (I did need to switch to wing tips for better contact with my dog’s thicker coat) Cons: • definitely not something to just throw on and start using • requires time, understanding, and proper introduction • not a substitute for actual training • early on, I did experience an issue where the stimulation levels were glitching/rolling up and down Customer service note (worth mentioning): I contacted the company about the issue and they were honestly great—they sent out a replacement unit over a year later, no questions asked. That alone says a lot. Real talk: Once my dog understood it, his reaction completely changed—he literally sees the collar now and gets excited because it means we’re going out to train/play. That didn’t happen overnight, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a shortcut. If you’re willing to learn how to use it correctly, it’s a really effective tool. If not, this probably isn’t for you.

AMAZING - *Please do your research on how to properly use this device.* This e-collar has been an amazing training device for my very reactive, energetic malinois mix! I adopted him as a pit mix which I’m very familiar with, however later found out he is also mixed with malinois which is a high energy working breed. I was not very familiar with the breed or how to handle them, however, I did my research and learned if he’s not working he needs a lot of training and excercise. Prior to getting this training collar, walking was a nightmare because he was so reactive seeing other people or dogs on walk I was highly embarrassed by his behavior and honestly was having difficulty handling his pulling, lunging and force despite my best efforts. This collar has helped me be able to refocus his attention on me and get better control of him to be able to walk regularly and get that energy out. Within two days I was able to get him to heel on command and actually lay attention to me and only me. Now I can trust him off leash in contained circumstances (we’re still training, it’s only been a week) and have peace of mind that we can be a team. Again, please research how to properly use this training technique as many people use these collars as punishment when they should be use as a form of communication and training. If you are struggling with your dog and are feeling hopeless, I highly highly recommend this! My favorite features are that there are three settings : tone, vibrate and stim. You can use these all to your advantage. I also love that the stim feature goes up in increments of 1 so you can find the perfect adjustment to properly get your dog engaged without overstimulating them. I have tested it on myself and it is not painful, it feels similar to a TENS machine which is used to stimulate and relax your muscle at the chiropractor so it’s not necessarily a “shock”. However, if you set the wattage too high it is uncomfortable so please also be considerate of that and start low and work your way up just enough to catch your dogs full attention. I like to use one button on a lower stim that just gets his attention, a second stim with slightly higher wattage in case of emergency or high reactivity to snap his attention back to me quickly, and the tone setting so hopefully one day he’ll know the tone means stim is coming if he doesn’t respond and not even need to actually stim. Worth every penny!

Bought this as a replacement for my other one that I broke. Works great, have taken it in the water with no problems. Like that it has the options of vibration and sound as my dog will respond to those a majority of the time.

Seems like it is good quality. It was recommended to me by a dog trainer. Unfortunately, the unit I purchased would not maintain a charge. So I returned it.

Did not work right and not everything was there. When I tried to message them they wouldn't message me back. I ended up going to the actual company and they replaced it.
