This double end ball is great for use in an apartment like mine. The sticker is strong and I had to shave off some of the ceiling popcorn about a quarter dollar size to get it to stick to the surface which was easy. I am using a 20 lb dumbell to anchor the bottom chord and it has been a excellent piece of equipment for my slipping punches. I recommend to get some ductape to secure the ball as it has 2 spring button clasps that will slide as you punch the ball where it will go up or down, altho this can be remedied with taping the ball at the top and bottom of it to secure it to where it wont move. Thank you guys for making this product.

Once I got it set up so it would stay in place while being used it works great. I like that it is height adjustable.

Secured with my own hooks this works great as a substitute for my not having a punching bag. Has for sure improved my speed and accuracy I would buy it again in a hot second

For the price it’s a good beginners item! my nephew and niece love it!
