Sun Zero Barrow Energy Efficient Rod Pocket Curtain Single Valance

This pair of valances was purchased to compliment the stone-colored vertical blinds over which it hangs. The pocket (?) near the top of the valances slips easily over the rod we installed. They are well-made, soft but not overly thick, allowing for the proper pleating (?) and desired effect to look good. We are quite pleased with these valances and highly recommend them. Thank you.

These valances were available for a great price and appeared to be in the color family that I was looking for, so I decided to give them a try. I’m glad that I did. I like the color and the decorative binding on the bottom edge. I’m not a fan of ruffled headers on valances or drapes, so I put my curtain rod through the top opening of the valance. I needed two valances to give the fullness that I was looking for. They were, more or less, the same length. They were slightly wrinkled on arrival, but ironed out well with a cool iron setting. The material is just a bit too shiny for my taste and the material is a little thin, but this is to be expected for such low-cost curtains. I wouldn’t put them in any of my frequently used living areas, but they will do just fine in my guest bedroom.

I paid $8 for these curtains. They come in a 2 pack and are beautiful. Perfect touch of red for the fall/holiday season. The trim is darling and the quality looks rich in my opinion. I was worried the red would be too orangey by the listing photos but I'm very happy with the color. Its rich and a true red in person. I recommend these for sure.

These valances are very nice looking and work well for our small basement windows. They were wrinkled from being folded when they came out of the package. But I washed and dried them (on delicate settings) and then hung them right up. I hate to iron and that may have worked as well, but washing was easier! They are not room-darkening, but they do block some light. Great buy and great price!

I purchased 5 pairs of these valances. 3 pairs have been scorched/ melted places near the bottom trim. I was going to return but feared that the next ones wouldn't be same shade of green These are perfect as far as color goes. Amazon needs to inspect returns before shipping to another customer. These have been either damaged by customer or manufacturer either way their needs to be better quality control. I couldn't get picture to go.

Needed a LOT of ironing to get the wrinkles out of these from being folded up in the package, the fabric holds creases very strongly. The braided trim has been pulled too tight as it was sewn, making the curtains pucker along the hem. Even with a lot of steam and trying to stretch out the braid while ironing, the hem is still puckered and they don’t hang well.
