Great taste and texture
I have trouble not having one of these every single night! So good, great replacement for other packaged hot chocolate. Easy way to add more protein.

Great Taste But Poor Packaging - Lost Product Twice Already.
I am still giving this a 5-star rating, because the product is good (taste, easy to mix with coffee or warm milk), but shipping is not. I have received the packages twice already, with busted chocolate inside. The last time I received it, one package was completely open, due to rough handling, poor packaging, etc, and an entire packet was wasted. Being that the product is quite expensive, one damaged package is a problem. I have since cancelled my subscription with this company and will find another one with better packaging.

It’s ok I guess
It tastes ok, certainly much better than most protein shakes - first few sips are ok but if you sip it slowly, the taste does become less pleasant.Crazy price for the few packets inside.

Delicious Treat
I had to give up morning coffee when I had bariatric surgery and this is a perfect substitute! It’s something warm and rich in my cup I can sip. Bonus that it is also rich in protein. Great product. I’ve ordered many boxes.

Poor Generic Packages that are not sealed properly.
Product has changed to generic packaging. They are not sealed well. Cocoa powder is in the bottom of the box. Boxes arrive crushed. This product is no longer worth the expense. Trying to cut corners lost me as a customer.

Doesn’t Dissolve Completely.
Flavor is great! Cappuccino does not dissolve easily. There is a puddle of protein at the bottom of my cup, even when I use a frother to stir while hot liquid goes in.Received a batch with only white packets inside and they mixed well. But haven’t received any more of those. Maybe they are working on the disolve-ability? Hope so. Other powder proteins dissolve well. They should be able to fix this problem. If they do. The product is a 5 star for me.

An easy and tasty way to boost your protein intake. I'm so glad I discovered this product; now I can have my evening cup of cocoa and top of my day's protein to boot! Excellent product.
