Never buy this product
I had a problem with the product after 6 months of purchase. I went to the company's website and they suggested some remedial actions but that dont work. So i asked them to direct me to a service centre and look what they told me. They sdaid product is sold by Amazon so aske them to repalce it, we don't have any service centres. Wow...One pay almost 6 times a normal weighing scale and look how one gets cheated. What a fraud. It looks bad on Amazon too to have vendors like these.

Not worth it
I bought this expecting that for the price tag it would be more reliable and accurate than your cheap generic smart scales. It barely pics up readings 90% of the time.

Plz I need to contact the seller
I bought this product in Oct 2020 is not working now I dont know what wrong with it eventhough the battery is 70% but it doesn't measure correctly, I would like to return it or fix if possible

Pricey but useful
This is a very useful weight scale but of course pricey. You have to set it up once, and then just stand on it and it will record everything from weight, heartbeat, BMI, etc all in your phone app.

Avoid avoid avoid
Avoid this item. Never felt right ordering stuff from Amazon but recently it seemed that their services were good, till I ordered this scale .. set up first time worked fine. Next day it kept on resetting itself over and over and over.. it still does. It’s obviously defected. I try and return it, I find out I can’t as it has no return policy. No wonder it’s sold at a discounted price

CAUTION: These scales CANNOT be returned and they do not work as promised
These scales only work as promised if purchased in Europe. Some functions are disabled for the American market. By the time you find out, it is too late. You cannot return the device because it contains batteries that can‘t be removed. I spoke with customer service and they refuse to assist. They are just sorry. This is a case for consumer protection authorities now. I suggest DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Ik heb al jaren een withings weegschaal maar werd gek van steeds de batterijen vervangen. Daarbij was de weegschaal niet heel snel totdat ik deze nieuwe versie had aangeschaft. Wat een verademing! Hij is super snel en heeft een accu die tot 12 maanden mee gaat. Daarbij meet hij nog meer dan mijn vorige weegschaal. Echt een aanrader!
