My wife and I live in East-Central Florida and play doubles tennis 3-4 times a week. For about 6 months of the year, it gets HOT! and you sweat profusely, even you are in the best of shape. We drink a lot of water during and after playing, but you need more than rehydration, you need to replace electrolytes lost through perspiration. My wife frequently suffered from painful muscle cramps at night from electrolyte depletion. We were looking for something besides the usual sports drinks (Gatorade, etc.) that were loaded with sugar and dyes, or the "lite" versions which substituted artificial sweeteners (Sucralose, etc.) Even the non-flavored Pedialyte was full of sugar and was expensive. I searched through all the electrolyte offerings on Amazon, read the reviews, checked the ingredients, and finally settled on LYTEshow Ionic Electrolyte Concentrate, primarily because it was sugar/artificial sweetener/dye-free. There were a few reviews complaining about the taste, but we found that aside from a slight saltiness, flavor was not a factor. The great things about it are that it comes in small sachet envelopes, each one able to treat 32oz of water; it's liquid, so there's no powder to measure, dissolve, etc.; and you can use 1/2 a sachet to treat a normal 16oz water bottle and stick the sachet with what's left in the fridge for the next use. As stated above, one sachet in a 32oz thermal bottle of water imparts a very faint, not at all unpleasant slight saltiness to the water. It's easy to drink and, with ice in the thermos, very refreshing. What's even better is that since she's been using LYTEshow, my wife has not had any more muscle cramps. This is the ideal solution to electrolyte replacement - no mess, easy to use, no "bad stuff" (sugar, artificial sweeteners, dyes), barely noticeable but pleasant saltiness, and IT WORKS for electrolyte replacement. This is going in my first aid kits and my tennis bag - I can't recommend LYTEshow highly enough.

This hydration product earns a top rating from me. While it's difficult to compare objectively to other options, it noticeably refreshes and rehydrates me compared to water alone. The taste is quite pleasing - naturally flavored without any artificial sweetness. It's far more enjoyable than plain water during extended physical activity yet still light and not overwhelming like sports drinks. The packaging in individual pouches makes this extremely convenient and portable. I keep backups readily available in all my outdoor gear. The pouches store compactly yet open easily when needed. I appreciate being able to distribute them everywhere from hiking bags to medicine cabinets. With an impressive 5-year shelf life, I only need to replace my main supply once every few years. While I go through most within a year, extras get rotated into new locations upon expiry. My one minor critique is not having the expiration listed directly on each pouch. That would eliminate any need for supplemental labeling. Overall, the various benefits of rehydration, taste, packaging and longevity make this a top choice for my needs. It consistently exceeds my requirements across multiple usage scenarios.

I like this product because there is nothing else but electrolytes in it. It's hard to find one like it. Who needs a bunch of sugar or fake sweeteners and coloring. That can't be the healthiest choice. This product does have a little bit of taste to it, but it just seems a little salty which is completely fine for the purpose of staying hydrated. I recommend this product.

I've used the smaller, bottled liquid version of this a few years ago when I was working outside in the heat. Really liked it then. Decided to try this larger, single serving Rip Pack version when I started Keto again. Wow! Does it ever stop the "Keto Flu"!!!! If I pay attention to the first signs that my system is "tipping", I just rip open one of these into a glass of water....within 10 minutes the "tipping" has vanished. Sometimes I add a bit of Himalayan salt if needed. This is such a good product. I tried a different (powdered) electrolyte...not good...wouldn't dissolve in water even when I let it set for a bit. So I ordered this. Glad I did. And glad to have a free second pack of 50!!!

I am a 27 year old 220lb male who lifts 5-6 days a week for 2+ hours each time. I was struggling to last through my workouts. I tried more caffeine, more water, more sleep, more food and nothing was making a large impact. My father, a 60 year old mountain biker, told me about this electrolyte Lyteshow he has been taking before and after his rides which has been helping him ride longer. I have now ordered this 3 times now and take them twice a day (regardless of a workout). They have vastly improved my workouts and I am able to last longer and workout harder and grow stronger because of them. I recommend these to everyone I know who exercises. They really work. Plus, they're great for hangovers
