Easy to assemble. No need to user manual/guide. The mount points are speak for itself.Product quality is awesome, seems massive. Will be revealed with times and use! First I tried with water, and there is no leak, next will be sand/iron sand.Highly recommended if you're searching an affordable high quality boxing bag with stand.Every item arrived in the package.One more thing! The media could not be loaded. First time back on the bag for over 7 years, and so glad I got this now! Was so keen to get going I didn’t even remove the box from the garage when recording! My experience with standing bags before was not so good before, so I took a gamble with this due to reviews being good.. and I can see why. Now I have no excuses to shake the cobwebs off. Set up was easy, (it didn’t come with instructions unfortunately) but I could figure it out pretty simply. Took about 20 mins (excluding filling the base). My hose couldnt reach, so had to use buckets. I filled it with 7x 10 litre loads. The suction caps with water fill combined makes this thing very sturdy as you can see, especially for the type of garage floor I have. The bag has a little sway in it too on strikes, which feels a bit more natural. Defo get it all in place first before filling up though, as it ain’t moving! Is a little squeaky as you can hear, but to be honest it’s so minor as I usually blast some tunes when working out.Overall really happy with the purchase and quality of it all.

Well made and good value for money.

Received item before estimated delivery date. Was so excited to get it set up, which would have taken me all of 20 minutes...if all the parts had been shipped. I was missing one of the longer bolts that are used to attach the inner ring of suction cups to the base. No problem, I thought... Spent the afternoon combing through DIY stores to get a replacement, could only get sizes too short or too long so eventually had to get someone to shorten a longer bolt with an angle grinder. Such a pity when your first experience of a product is a negative one, as the bag itself seems amazing. This is 2023, this just shouldn't happen. Put in the correct number of parts when packaging. Also, the stitching on one of the gloves is coming loose before even putting it on. As for people wondering about the stability of the base, I have this thing on a laminate floor filled with water, it is not budging. Couldn't see needing to fill with sand unless maybe on concrete or carpet. Excellent boxing bag.

This is a neat bit of of kit. It can really take a shot and has some nice resistance, allowing the punch bag part to bob a little.I've been boxing a good few years, own a number of hanging punch bags, but can say that this is just as good and the impact of punching feels great.I fully filled the base with water and that gave it some good grounding. You could use sand to make it even heavier, but water is cost effective.The base looks big in the image, but in now way does it get in your when you step in and out to land shots. The bag itself is tall, 6ft.The extendable legs and suction cups are a nice touch. They would add extra stability if you have to right surface. I don't, but still pull a couple out around the back.Extremely easy to set up and arrived a couple days after I ordered it.

Great product, arrived surprisingly fast before due date, and all in one delivery for me ( for some deliveries I believe the base was delivered separately) Easy assembly and with cover protects against weather elements ( mine is on patio outside) choose grey and fits with our colour scheme on patio. Very sturdy, I filled mine with fine sand and is adequately stable for me. All round really have no complaints. Had it for only couple of weeks, but so far very happy.

Don't bother - the delivery was late which wasnt a major issue but then the product didn't fit togther and looked like it had already been used. Don't bother and get this product from another retailer.

Didn't have high hopes for a stand up boxing bag but this one surpassed expectations. I haven't given it a good workout yet but a little punch test and it's very strong and seems very durable. I'm very happy with my purchase.
