Hydration and shine with a lightweight feel, all at an affordable price. Nice scent

This is one of my favorite shampoos that I've tried recently. I heard many years ago that one's hair and skin texture changes about every seven years. As such, I have ended up with wavy hair at this stage of my life. I like emphasizing that and bringing out the wavy texture. This shampoo helped make that happen. I'd originally purchased this at a local store. They weren't carrying it any more, or they hid it where I couldn't find it, so I was happy to see that Amazon carries it. It helps with volume, which I need at this stage. The scent is very light and pleasing. I rotate shampoos so that my hair doesn't get tired of any one of them, and this is one that's earned a spot in permanent rotation.

Disappointing purchase. Used it once left my hair hard and brittle. Performs like a cheap supermarket shampoo. Not at all as advertised. Not sure if it qualifies for return but I should have sent it back. I paid $30-35 for this. Don’t buy. This is my sincere experience.

The ingredients found in this shampoo (coco peptide) are normally found in SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive shampoos - shocking for the low price. I’ve used this in my rotation for several months, and my hair comes out smooth and soft. Someone with very fine/low porosity hair may not need this shampoo regularly, however my porous, curly and wavy hair really does well with this shampoo especially since I have to wash often so I need extremely gentle and strengthening options. If you are someone looking for a gentle/supportive shampoo - this is a great option. Of note - my hubby loves the smell of this shampoo - I don’t mind it but I genuinely think it smells like play-doh lol so just be forewarned. Seriously though for the price of this shampoo the ingredients are super gentle and top notch.
