I have weakness in my muscles for swallowing, but these are not an issue. Bananas are good for items that get stuck. With Diabetes I’ll- 500 Mg does not give me a false high spike from VitC. I get no acid reflux from this Ester-C variety, since this is also an issue for me. Also no stomach issues. A lifesaver since I need to take this with my iron for anemia. Good quality. I can’t comment on absorption. I have issues with absorption unique to my health issues- so haven’t had this individually tested as of late. I do seem to receive benefits from their use. I would recommend them.

As much as I loved taking it, had to switch from Emergency-C powder packets as it was hard on my gastro. EsterC has not caused any known irritation and supplies the additional C that I want.

Was hard to find the 1000 mg product which I have used for years. Unavailable most places. This product works well for me.

I love this vitamin C. It’s non acidic. Regular vitamin C hurts my stomach. This doesn’t. The only kind I use!!
