Muy silenciosas, muy resistentes, definitivamente deberían de venir con este tipo de llantas todas las sillas nuevas, hacen que se mueva muy delicadamente y sin ruido, sin maltratar el piso, con estas llantas no hace falta tapete. Lo único que recomiendo es tener revisar bien la silla antes, medir bien dónde va a embonar, a mi me falló para la silla que la quería, pero fue mi error, afortunadamente tenía otra silla a la que le quedaron y estuve muy bien.

I just got these and installed them. (Like minutes ago.) I'll update this review if the situation changes. We have two rando chairs that we purchased at a Habitat for Humanity store. They both have a plastic base. 1. These fit perfectly. I measured the stems as well as I could with a tape measure and took a chance on buying these. 2. Super easy to install. One chair had particularly tight wheels. I had to use the claw of a hammer to work out the old wheels and I used a bar clamp to push in the new wheels. I could swap the wheels on the other chair by hand. 3. Easy glide. Almost too easy. We're renting an old house and I noticed that the hardwood floors were getting damaged. It was fine for years and then WFH happened with COVID. Those old plastic wheels were gummed up with cat hair and were scratching the floors. Despite the age of the floor, the unevenness of the boards, and the years of neglect by the landlord, these wheels slide along like this is a new floor. 4. These wheels are bigger around than the old wheels and I feel like the chairs sit about an inch or so higher, which is fine because they were a tad bit low for our desks. Now, I think the chairs are sitting at a much better height.

Worked great, until one wheel developed a fault. It just become stuck and wouldn't rotate (the top part that swivels horizontally, not the wheel itself). Thankfully after contacting Amazon, they offered me a refund straight away, which was good of them. The box claims to have a lifetime warranty, so hopefully that would have been honoured if Amazon had been unwilling to help.
