The nerve in my tooth is exposed at the side, so when i use this stuff, the gum will be touched. is pain bearable and how long would it last?

It doesn't hurt. It can have a spicy burn to it if you are a wuss. But the relief you get from it far outweighs any negative effects. I actually like the way it taste. Can I use this on an extracted tooth in the gum?
