The set comes with four different resistance levels (from extra soft to firm), which makes it easy to progress or switch depending on what my hands need that day. I’ve used them after long stretches at the computer to ease stiffness, and they’ve also been great for quick stress breaks—just squeezing the softer ones for a couple of minutes really helps. The texture is slightly tacky so they don’t slip, but they don’t leave any residue. I also like that they’re latex-free and don’t have any odd smell, which is sometimes a problem with cheaper stress balls. Durability has been solid so far; they bounce back to shape after repeated squeezing, and the material feels like it’ll hold up over time.
