I know it is important to keep the product as fresh as possible but I really feel that the packing was not eco-friendly at all. My request is not to use thermacol and pack it in the bubble wrap you have to find some other way to send chocolate. Also the taste has altered. I’m not sure if the freezer PAC had leaked and the chocolate wrapper is damp.
