Much better than using the plastic bottle that shoots it up your sinuses. This traditional Neti Pot feels much more hygienic than using anything plastic with warm water. The process gives a more natural flow and no air bubble shoot up the sinuses as you near the end. My sinuses are more clear and headaches occur less since using. Arrived very well packaged and am very pleased with it. Worth the price, a little less than small town health food stores have in stock. Recognisable company that's been around since the 70's. Also comes with bonus exercise options information, post neti-pot.

Dr. Oz discussed the benefits of cleansing the sinus cavities on a regular basis and a young woman in the audience showed how to use it. I have had sinus issues forever. Most nights I retire with a stuffy nose and use an over-the-counter antihistamine to help me breathe more comfortably. I have been using the Neti Pot now for two months and it has helped me tremendously. Pollutants are flushed out; mucus drainage and runny nose incidents have been dramatically reduced and I breathe so much better. I initially purchased a squeeze type plastic bottle but found I had to re-grip the bottle to continue the water flow. I prefer this plastic pot which I can easily pack and travel with.
