This product arrived very quickly after I ordered it, I have taken cinnamon capsules before prior to taking this product trying to help lower my blood glucose levels, however with the other products I did not notice that big of a change in my numbers. I specifically tried this product because it is organic and the product description mentions that it may help with healthy blood sugar, all products are not equal and for the first time after about a week in a half I started to notice my blood glucose numbers dropping. I still have to take medicine and my blood glucose still rises after most meals but the organic cinnamon has made a difference for me in lowering my blood glucose faster after it spikes after a meal. Great product in my opinion simply be patient with it.

I'm very into health supplements, and I do a lot of research before I add anything new to my regimen. Vimersin Health's True Ceylon Cinnamon casules are, in my opinion, the very best of the best. They are free of harmful ingredients that can cause inflammation & other issues. They are a potent antioxidant, and they help regulate my digestion & my blood sugar levels. In turn, when used aling with a few other supplements, my water retention & swellon ankle symtoms are gone. They returned as soon as I ran out of this product, I ordered more immediately, and I can't wait till it arrives! (VIMERSON'S products rank at least 10 times better than you can buy for much higher prices in those big name vitamin stores that I won't name, but you know which ones I mean.) I highly recommend this product to everyone, for your specific reasons, or just for your overall better health.
