packet with whole and rice has worms
The product is non returnable - I received it with a hole in the packet and when I tried to return it I could not - It said' no return policy' and when i opened the packet it has black worms in it - it cannot be used -

Horrible.
I m shocked to Basmati rice of this brand so bad. Broken rice inside the bag. Horrible. I cannot Express my dissatisfaction.

I am ordering this rice for 4_5 years and liked by everyone in family .This time it's broken and new rice which sticks and feels like it's from govt supplied ration shops.Very bad and disappointing 😡😔

My last purchase of this rice was on 5 March 2026. This lot rice when cooked is sticky and not satisfactory.

Amazing offer , price is too good. Plastic bag and little portion of new rice grains mixed with the old grains makes it little below the expected standard of DAAWAT . Fine,clean,tasty but not so long grain . Rice in a plastic bag is not appealing.
