Does what it says! Excellent home drill for DIY'ers
I had a B&D 12V Cordless drill for a while. It was handy but would struggle in applications where the drill bit needed to go through masonry a little deep. I was looking for a simple no frills drill with enough power while being easy to handle. This one fit the bill perfectly. 710W motor is powerful and the throttle action is responsive. The Hammer action selector is nicely placed. While easy to locate and operate, you will not switch it to wood mode or accidentally. The provided additional grip is sturdy enough to help maintain control while holding the drill in the position you want.

Needs improvement
Drill works as described, unfortunately the drill arrived with the brand new 8 mm concrete drill bend by 10 degree making it useless.

Cannot be anything better than this for any home. All items are covered and beautifully mentioned in YouTube - how to operate. Just go for it without scrolling any other cheap and non branded product
