Surf City Garage 100 Speed Demon Exterior Detailer Spray - 24 oz.

I don't leave many reviews, but I thought I would chime in about this product. I've tried several spray wax/detailers over the years and got stuck on the Meguir's NXT speed detailer. I loved that stuff. When I could no longer get it, I was a bit upset as I just purchased a new 2015 Ford Taurus SHO in black. I used to be a professional detailer while in college so I am a bit of a perfectionist with my cars and they get a weekly cleaning above what most people do. I decided to give the Surf City Wax Detailer a try. This has exceeded my expectations of what a spray wax should be. The smell alone is fantastic. It goes on with ease and leaves nothing but a streak free slick shine. On the wheels, it is magic. I use a semi-used Meguires micro fiber towel to buff it in and always a brand new towel to buff it off. With this product, I have been able to go thru two months between a true wax job and this during the winter months here in Michigan. I'very got 3 of these on the shelf and will be buying 20 more to make sure I don't run out for the next few years. Great stuff!

A friend had told me how good this is but I thought it would be like other detail sprays I have but this way impressed me. It puts out a super shine and a great slickness. I have a new detail spray and I am tickled pink with. Now the sprayer is a different story. It's the worst I have ever tried. I poured it in another spray bottle I had and now all is good. I don't know why you would put such a good product in a horrible spray botttle.

This is one of my personal favorites; it works wonderfully. I tend to use spray waxes like this one in between washes when the car is not too dirty. Also, I use this immediately after washing my car when it's still wet to almost eliminate water spots. I think this is really a superb new detailng product that stands out from the rest of the quick detailers. It not only cleans your car effortlessly, but adds carnauba wax & UV polymer protection as well. It applies easily -- the (formerly) excellent spray applicator (which was but no longer is a pleasure to use) spreads the product evenly over the surface of the car, leaving it very wet with good coverage. It really does lift the dirt and dust, then wipes off cleanly -- without drag, scratches or streaks -- leaving a beautiful luster, soft, deep reflections, and a very slick, smooth surface. It smells great too. Also, the 24 ounce bottle is a generous, handy size. If you are a "Car Crazy" detailing enthusiast interested in trying the next best thing -- you will be very pleased when you give this unique carnauba wax spray detailer a try. Highly recommend.Update: 3/18/17. Surf City has changed the spray applicator and NOT for the better. They've substituted an inferior (and likely cheaper) spray head that is a poor replacement for the excellent original. It doesn't fit well in your hand, it moves around, it's uncomfortable and in my opinion is just plain cheap. I've kept some of the older model spray applicators to use on new bottles. What a penny wise and pound foolish decision. As such, I've downgraded this otherwise good product by one star.

I've been using surf city products for years, I am really fond of the black wax products for my bmw, the detail spray is second to none. I highly recommend this line of waxes and detailer spray. Easy to use and off the chart results. A clear coat specialist by trade my eye is extremely critical of imperfections.

So far, so good. I have three vehicles, two garaged and one that sits outside. I have been a regular user of detail spray to maintain the "just waxed look" on all my vehicles. This detailer seems to be better than the one I have been using for over four years. Amazing, I didn't think there was a better detailer, other than the one I have been faithful to for all these years. I like the look, a deep shine after a quick application and a quick buff. Nice stuff. I will be buying more.

Used this for years and is an excellent product for use on clear coat finishes that are in good shape. Can be used on all parts of vehicle exterior. Very easy to use, but use micro-fiber cloths only. I can detail my 2013 Explorer in less than 20 minutes and don't forget to spray and clean painted ares inside doors, trunk and hood.
