Amazing quality & perforated for proper ventilation. Keep in mind it’s small circles like micro mini 2 bites sized tarts unless you have a big mouth and can scoff it down in a bite. Nonetheless, great purchase I got two.

Can't use this at all, as the batter will just leak out the bottom. Note: the photos are not showing that there are actual holes. I thought it was just raised bumps, but it is not. Returning.

per il momento dopo anche usi ripetuti funziona bene , si pulisce facilmente e il dolce si stacca facilmente dalla teglia consigliato.......lo preferisco alle soluzioni in silicone danno sensazione di "pulito"

Love it, love it, love it! I bought this because it seemed to be the only one which is free from all the nasties and it didn't disappoint in use either. I don't know how many mince pies I've already baked and not a single one has had a soggy bottom! I feel it's a really well made, safe to use quality product. It's got a nice weight to it and washes like a dream either by hand or dishwasher, although there is never really anything to see on it after use - everything just slides off! I've already bought a second one because I was so pleased with the first and hope to get many years of use out of them. Very, very happy!

Super plaque anti adhesive micro perforée. Je l'utilise principalement pour faire des palais breton, testé pour de mini omelettes apéro, mais catastrophe à cause des micro perforations. A ne pas utiliser avec des pâtes trop liquide. Démoulage parfait y a qu'à retourner.
