OMG!!! my chafing dish just arrived and I open it ASAP!!! Beautiful, elegant,awesome... what else to say??! after a week of reading review and desicioning, I made up my mind to order it. I also saw some offer on the same look of the dish but different brand and on different price. There is tiger chef and winware brand but the winware is a little expensive than tiger chef as it shows on amazon. I saw tiger chef brand and the price is around 296 dollars for 2 and shipping is 90 dolars. Then I found 146 dollars each and I tried to order 2 of it and proceed check out and see if how much they put on the the shipping. AND guess what, its cheaper than the ordering 2 sets with the 90 shipping hahahhahaha.... So I end up ordering 2 of the 146 dollars of each and the shipping is 60 dolars. Saving of around 30 dollars is not bad LOL! check the photos and video too and I hope this is a help for u guys who r still undecided.

High quality, beautiful design, robust material and outstanding customer service. Bought the product with an expected due date for 5-7 days. As we had a party at my home prior to that, called customer services and they worked to ship the product quickly. Highly recommend it!

I purchased 2 of these chafing dishes and I LOVE them. They look like what you’d see at a high end restaurant or wedding venue. The chafing set is sturdy and very well made. (Not cheap and wobbly like others.) The lid slides open easily and stays open while your guests serve themselves. Food stays nice and hot. And best of all, they are easy to clean. Definitely recommend.

I ordered two but had to replace one because the frame was apart on one side but a replacement was sent within 2 days. I was very happy with them! They looked professional and kept food hot! I received a lot of compliments.

It is very well made: sturdy, heavy duty, would recommend to other users...BUT I have one issue it was stated the unit is NSF approval..I can not find any NSF Stamp on the unit...other than that its a great chafer...I will purchase several more IF I CAN get something showing the NSF Approval for proof to my local health dept.

These are beautiful. The lid slips effortlessly underneath for easy storage without the mess of the lids that lift off. They are sturdy, utilitarian and look great on our buffet table. I would buy them again.
