I ordered this Mega Vitamin K2 because I read the research of how high dose K2 affected Japanese women. I've been taking them regularly. I have no info at this point about DEXA or REMS results since I started them, but I am hoping these have a positive affect on my bones. They are very tiny, and easy to take.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend to reduce my cholesterol. My doctor wanted to continue to raise the dosage of the statin but after a couple of months of taking this K2 supplement twice daily, my blood test showed an improvement in my bad cholesterol, and I won't need the higher dose of statin. I'll have the blood test again in 6 months to confirm the results.

I don't know how well these work yet but I'm pleased they are much smaller capsules. Makes them much easier to swallow!
