Installed it on all my Airbnb doors and it works perfectly. The setup was simple, and guests find it convenient to use. Battery life is solid and the app gives full control remotely. Highly recommended for hosts or anyone wanting a secure and modern smart lock

Really like the convenience it brings us, easy to install and to operate. After some time we had some issue and support had no issue in sending us a replacement unit.

All in all a great product for that price.

Disappointing!! First of all the installation is not that easy as it seems, it requires attention small details, it took time but evantually I was able to install it. Secondly, lots of UN-Smart details noted: 1- The new battery appeared on the app as 50% charge! 2- The app layout and look is sooo poor and old fashioned and not that user friendly 3- the entries log is not synced properly. Not all unlock history is appeared on the app which considered a huge deficiency. 4- I know this is a Bluetooth device but the app does not force auto synchronisation with the lock once the phone get close to the device so there is no notification comes directly to the phone to notify the unlock entries. 5- why the batteries are installed from outside! 6- for the access cards you can't delete the card remotly the curd needs to be physically exist so you can delete it this is huge deficiency as the card could be stolen engine need to remove it! Overall the device working properly and there is no issue in the locking and unlocking however multiple improvements should be done at least on the app.

Easy to use very good This lock made things easier for me because I had to have a lot of keys and change the lock from time to time.

Awesome product.. Very futuristic and innovative technology. Very easy to install and setup.. Excited to use it in my home. Has got a-lot of cool features like RFID, unlocking through your phone or keypad. Can’t wait to try everything out.. Thank you

La serratura sembra essere fatta con materiali di qualità, e molto ben assemblata. Permette la regolazione della lunghezza del cilindro da tutti e due i lati, di installa in 5 minuti, ed è veramente comodissima da usare. Mai più chiavi in giro, basta digitare il codice o usare la tessera in dotazione per aprire la porta. L'applicazione poi permette di gestire le varie funzioni, è di facilissima comprensione ed è molto ben fatta. Ho contattato l'assistenza per un problema nel montaggio, e mi hanno sempre risposto e chiarito dei dubbi. 5 stelle strameritate

Desde el primer momento, tienes el control total sobre el acceso a tu vivienda, pudiendo saber en todo momento cuándo y quién entra en casa. El envío ha sido rápido y el embalaje adecuado, lo que junto a unas detalladas instrucciones y herramientas hacen que la instalación haya sido muy fácil, ademas se transmite una sensación de calidad desde el primer instante. Una de las principales ventajas es la posibilidad de prescindir de las llaves convencionales y usar tanto código como tarjetas. Ademas existe la posibilidad de abrir a un incitado a distancia. En resumen, la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria.

La cerradura funciona perfectamente, la compre para una escuela de baile y el resultada ha muy satisfactorio, cada profesor tiene su código de entrada .
