The necklace is pretty and the concept is so cool, which is what sells it. Only downfall is uou have to shine a bright light on it juuuust right to see the words, and even then it's very difficult to make out. But it's the whole concept and when explained to the recipient, it's a big hit.

Got this for my girlfriend on valentines day, it is presented well and packaged in a way that protects the glass from scratching well enough however the chain on the necklace came extremely tangled and took about half an hour to fix, the product can also be found elsewhere for much cheaper.
