I installed the Cowles Custom – Superior 18ft Black U-Channel Edge Guard Trim and couldn’t be happier. The peel-and-stick design made installation super easy, and it went on clean with no issues. The price is very fair for the quality of material you get. It does a great job protecting the truck’s edges while also giving it a clean, finished look. Simple upgrade that actually makes a difference. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for protection without sacrificing appearance. Bought this in 2019, so this will be a 6 year in use review. It has stayed on the vehicle just fine, prevents minor door dings(wish other people cared like I do) and looks nice. The only issue I have is that about a year ago the adhesive started coming out from under it, and this year it has been melting in the sun and coming off on hands if you close the door by the edge. Needs to be pushed back on as well when that happens. Aside from that it does the job, and I cant expect cheap adhesive to last much more than 6 years haha

The look these edge trim kits give any vehicle really puts a finishing touch on your ride. I had bought only enough to do my driver's and passenger side doors before and the 2 back doors just felt so naked and unattractive. I purchased this 18" roll of trim and I had enough to not only complete the 2 back doors, but I also was able to accent the front grill and the bottom of my trunk. No problems at all and they even stayed perfectly in place getting my car washed the day after installation. I only gave this a 4 star review because the trim was not able to mold from the bottom of my trunk lid up to the sides. Very good product nonetheless and I would for sure recommend it to anyone that has an older car especially cause it really does make a difference.

This stuff worked very well for the plastic trim edges on my 1974 cadillac sedan deville. I heated it up a little bit with a heat gun, had to widen the gap with a little flathead, and worked it onto the edge of my bumper filler. It turned out nice, and with a little heat also fit nicely into the corners. Good product, the glue seems good after heating it up a little.

Not worth it. It’s been only few weeks I installed it. It’s already coming out. Sun has been at it’s highest point the trim shrunk by an inch. Looks good but not the best quality

Works great looks good I used them for a filing cabinet I turned into a tool box and the bling really made them pop. Recommend using them on a warm day or warming them some before install to make them easier to work with. Easy to install they bend easy if they are warm hair dryer works well too.

These worked great! I put this on both my Nissan Armada and Honda CRV, including putting it on all 4 doors, and also around the whole hood. This one kit was enough for both vehicles. Great quality, has been about 5 months now, and still sticks fine and looks brand new! UPDATE: Almost two years later...I am disappointed. After one year, the summer was hard on the glue and it began melting all over my car doors. The chrome is still on but it falls off of the doors often and I stick it back on. The glue won't come off my doors, I'm not sure how to remove it. My wife is very unhappy with the chrome and wants it gone from her car.

Good quality trim and looks great

Worked for trimming some motorbike plastics perfectly. Sticks and stays around even aggressive corners. The trick I found was to use a heat gun very carefully for the tight turns.

Just what I needed to finish off the tail end of my cafe racer build.

It's ok but i thought one side was adhesive like tape but it was different.
