Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

I do not refrigerate it. It is in a dark bottle and kept in my pantry out of the light. No reason I can think of to not refrigerate it if you want to.

What is the percentage of alcohol?

All vanilla extract, by law, has to be contain at least 35% alcohol. Some vanilla extracts contain a higher amount but most are in a base of 35% alcohol/65% water.
