I like these shoes. I wear them to my daughter's volleyball tournaments when I have to be on my feet all day. I can feel the cushion under my feet and at the ankles. And the shoes are breathable.

I do interval training at least 5 times a week. These shoes are fantastic -- in particular for the price. I have paid double for far worse shoes.
